- Do not leave or remove yourself from the team. Doing so will permanently remove your access and is not eligible for replacement.
- Do not attempt to modify, transfer, or interfere with the team ownership or settings.
- Do not share or resell the provided account unless explicitly permitted.
- Replacements are only provided if the product is proven to be faulty upon delivery.
- No replacements or refunds will be issued for issues caused by user actions, including leaving the team, changing account details without permission, or violating Canva's Terms of Service.
- Warranty only covers access-related issues that are not caused by the customer.
